Read-a-thon. Some April Insanity

March 11, 2011

I’ve decided to participate in Dewey’s 24 Hour Read-a-Thon. It takes place April 9th, which is a Saturday. I’m going to see how many books I can plow through, and how late I can stay up, on the day.

And of course… For every book I read in 2011, I’m donating $1 to the New York Public Library.

Maybe if I do most of a 24 hour read… I’ll catch up on my gigantic pile of books.

Place your bets… how many books do you think I can knock through in 24 hours? How long do you think I can stay up? Will be blogging updates. Things might get silly.

Good luck. I would so not be capable of sitting still for that long.

What a great thing to participate in! I’ll guess you get through 7 books and make the full 24 hours. Good luck!

I’m betting on you getting through 6 books. :o) Good luck! (and I’ll donate a dollar for each book you do finish during the Read-A-Thon!)
